SPEARFISH, S.D. — The Spearfish High School Knowledge Bowl team brought home a first-place finish at the Lead-Deadwood Competition on Saturday, October 25, showcasing their sharp problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Competing against several schools from around the Black Hills, the Spartans demonstrated strong collaboration and quick thinking across a range of academic subjects. Their consistent performance in both written and oral rounds secured the top spot for the day.
The team’s next competition will be at Regionals at Rapid City Stevens High School on November 8. The competition starts at 9 a.m.
